Since 1993 we have supplied European Thonet bentwood chairs and barstools to the New Zealand hospitality industry. We carry considerable stock in NZ so are able to supply tables, chairs, barstools, bar leaners and banquette/booth seating for cafes and restaurants at short notice.

Thonet New Zealand Ltd hold exclusive licences to manufacture contemporary furniture by leading Australasian design houses including Anibou, and Tomahawk Studios. We also offer classic furniture from the great innovators Michael Thonet, Alvar Aalto, Ingmar Relling, and Philippe Stark.

The Daensen is a great folding bentwood chair for your wedding or corporate event where quality and contemporary style are preferred. We have 130 hirage chairs in the Daensen design in European Beech timber stained classic walnut.

Designed in 1960 by Hans Brattrud the Scandia collection is a classic example of timeless Scandinavian design. The stackable Prince is the highback version of the Scandia Junior.
